A new residential development is set to launch in Semenyih, with a gross development value (GDV) of RM1.3 billion. The project will feature 683 units, including bungalows, semi-detached homes, and cluster houses. The development will be rolled out in phases, with the first launch scheduled for 2026.

This phase marks the completion of the township’s landed housing component and will be developed within a gated community offering 24-hour security, abundant green spaces, and parks. The homes are designed with sustainability and smart living in mind, incorporating features such as electric vehicle (EV) charging stations and smart locks.
