Mitsui Fudosan (Asia) Malaysia incorporated a subsidiary company, MFBBCC Serviced Suites Sdn. Bhd., to form a joint venture with BBCC Development Sdn. Bhd. for acquiring a 44-storey serviced residence block in Bukit Bintang City Centre (BBCC) for RM242 million. MFBBCC will manage and operate the property, which includes 269 units with layouts ranging from one- to three-bedroom apartments and amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, and business center.
